ORDER
New Delhi, the 2nd November, 1983
S.O. 790(E)18AA/IDRA/83.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No. S. O. 695(E)fl8AA|lDRA|72, dated the 3rd Novem- ber, 1972 (hereinafter referred to as the taking over of management order), the Central Govern- ment had, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 18AA of the Industries (Department and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), authorised the Industrial Reconstruction Corporation of India Limited, Calcutta, to take over the management of the Industrial Undertak- ing, known as Messrs Ganesh Flour Mills Com- pany Limited, Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the said undertaking) for a period of five years upto and inclusive of the 2nd day of November, 1977;
And, whereas, by the Orders of the Govern- ment of India in the Department of Industrial Development Nos. S.O. 743(E) dated the 1st November, 1977|S.O. 630(E), dated the 2nd November, 1979, S.O. 873(E), dated the 1st November, 1980, S.O. 331(E), dated the 2nd May, 1981, S.O. 784(E), dated the 2nd November, 1981, S.O. 293(E), dated the 1st May, 1982, S.O. 772(E), dated the 2nd November, 1982 and S.O. 349(E), dated the 2nd May, 1983 the Cent- ral Government being of the opinion that it was expedient in the public interest, had extended the period of the taking over of management order upto and inclusive of 2nd November, 1983;
And, whereas, the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient, in the public interest, that the taking over of management order should continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 2nd February, 1984;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (2) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the tak- ing over of management order shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclu- sive of the 2nd February, 1984.
