सा० फा ० नि० 820 ( अ):-भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (भर्ती ) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 7 के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा ( 1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार, राज्य सरकारों तथा संब लोक सेवा आयोग के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा द्वारा नियुक्ति) विनियम , 1955 में आगे संशोधन करने के लिये एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है , अर्थात्ः-
1. ( 1) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा द्वारा नियुक्ति) द्वितीय संशोधन विनियम , 1983 है ।
( 2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंग ।

2. भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा द्वारा नियुक्ति ) विनियम , 1955 में विनियम 4 के खंड ( ii ) में, -
(i) " 28 वर्ष की आयु" शब्दों तथा अंकों के स्थान पर " 26 वर्ष की आयु" शब्द तथा अंक प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे ,
( ii) विद्यमान परन्तुक के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित परन्तुक अन्त.स्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्ः--
"और यह कि 28 वर्ष की ऊपरी आयु सीमा जो कि भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा ( प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा द्वारा नियुक्ति) द्वितीय संशोधन विनियम , 1983 के प्रारंभ होने से पहले विद्यमान है, आयोग द्वारा 1984 में ली जाने वाली परीक्षा में बैठने वाले उम्मीदवारों पर लाग रहेगी । "

GSR 820 ( E) .---In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 ( 61 of 1951 ) , read wiith rule 7 of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment ) Rules , 1954. the Central Govern- ment , in consultation with the State Governments and the Union Public Service Commission , hereby makes the following regulations to further amend the Indian Administrative Service ( Appointment by Competitive Examination ) Regulations . 1955 , namely :-

1. ( 1 ) These regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Appoint- ment by Competitive Examination) Second Amendment Regulations , 1983 .

सा० फा० मि० 821 ( अ ) -भारतीय पुलिस, सेवा ( भर्ती) मियमावली , 1954 के नियम 7 के साथ परित अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार , राज्य सरकारों तथा संत्र लोक सेवा आयोग के परामर्श से भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( प्रति- योगिप्ता परीक्षा द्वारा नियुक्ति) विनियम, 1955 में आगे सशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है , अर्थात्ः--
1. ( 1) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा द्वारा नियुक्ति) द्वितीय संशोधन विनियम , 1983 है ।
(2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रयत्त होंगे ।
द्वारा 2. भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा नियुक्ति) विनियम , 1955 में विनियम 4 के खण्ड ( ii) में:--

GSR 821 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( I) of section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 ( 61 of 1951 ) , read with Rules 7 of the Indian Forest Service (Rec- ruitment ) Rules , 1966 the Central Government, in consultation with the State Governments and the Union Public Service Commission , hereby makes the following regulations to further amend the Indian Forest Service ( Appointmentby Competi- tive Examination ) Regulations , 1967 , namely : -
1. ( 1 ) These regulations may be called the Indian Forest Service (Appointment by Competitive Examination) Second Amendment Regulations , 1983 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Indian Forest Service ( Appointment by Competitive Examination) Regulations , 1967 , in clause ( 2 ) of regulation 4 ,--
( i ) for the words and figures " age of 28 ", the words and figures " age of 26", shall be substituted ;
( ii ) after the existing proviso , the following proviso shall be inserted , namely : -
