The constitution of the Commission has been notified under Ministry ot Health and Family Welfare Resolution No. T. 11O12|3|83- CCD dated 8th July, 1983 Out ol Uie live Chief Ministers members four have already been nomi- nated and it has now been decided to nominate the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh as the fifth Chief Minister Member of the Commission for a period of two years.
Ordered that a copy of the Resolution be com- municated to the Chief Minister of Andhra Pra- desh and to the President Secretariate, the Vice PrcsidoiiL Secretariat, the Prime Minister's Ofhce, Cabinet Secretariate and All Ministries|Depart- • ments of the Central Government and State Gov- ernments|UTs.
Ordered also that the Resolution be published in Gazette of India Extraordinary for general in- formation.
