ORDER
New Delhi, the 8th November, 1983
SO. 79S(E).—Whereas by an order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Rehabilitation, Department of Labour, No. L-29011(67)|83-D.Iir.B, dated the 1st Novem- ber, 19S3, an industrial dispute between the management of M's. Eastern Mining Company, Contractor and Rourkela Steel Plant Rourkela and the workmen of Ispat Doiomilc Quarry, Baraduar as represented by Chatisgarh Swatantra Mazdoor Union, Bara- duar has been referred to the Central Government Industrial Tri- bunal, Jabalpur for adjudication.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (3) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, (14 of 1947) the Central Government hereby prohibits the con- tinuance of the strike in existence in the said establishment in connection with the said dispute on trr; date of the above re- ference.
