2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART 4]by Company Law Board amalgamating Chitpore Golabari Company Limited (CGC) and Clive Row Investment Holding Company Limited (CRIHCO) with Andrew Yule & Company Limited (Yule) under Section 396 of the Companies Act, 1956, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 9th June, 1983 have allotted 52,630 fully paid Ordinary Shares of Rs. 10 each of Yule to the shareholders of erstwhile CRIHCO in the ratio of five fully paid ordinary Shares of Rs. 10 each of Yule for every four Ordinary Shares of Rs. 10 each in CRIHCO.
A notice giving particulars of the allotment of new shares by Yule and disposal of fractional en- titlements has been sent by registered post to every holder of Ordinary Shares cf CRIHCO (other than Yule) whose names appeared in the Register of Members of CRIHCO on the date of amal- gamation i.e. 31st March, 1983.
The holders of Ordinary Shaies in CRUBCO (other than Yule) are requested to surrender to Yule within one month's time from the date of publi- cation in the Official Gazette the relative certi- fication for Ordinary Shares in CRIHCO and upon such surrender Yule shall (i) issue to them certi- ficate^) for Ordinary Shares in Yule allotted to them, and (ii) make payments where due to res- pect of their fractional entiilement, if any.
