New Delhi, the 10th November, 1983

S.O. 8U2(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of Section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regu- lation) Act. 1951 (65 of 1951) and in partial modification of the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Indus- try (Department of Industrial Development¹) No, S.O. 717(E) dated the 7th October, 1982, the Central Government hereby authorises, with immediate effect, Shri S. S Uppal, Authorised Person of Messrs Jaora Sugar Mills, Jaora (M.P.). to take over the management of Messrs Sefh Govindram Sugar Mills, Mehid- pur Road, District Ujjain in the State of Madhya Pradesh.
