Central Government, on being requested so to do by Central Bank of India, establishes, with effect from the 14th, November, 1983 a Regional Rural Bank to the State of Madhya Pradesh under the name of Ratlam-Mandsaur Kshetriya Gramin Bank which shall operate within the local limits of the Districts of Ratlam and Mandsaur in the State of Madhya Pradesh.

S.O. 8l0(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) sub- section (6) of Section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Reserve Bank of India hereby directs the inclusion in the Second Schedule to the said Act of the following bank, namely :—
"Ratlam-Mandsaur Kshetriya Gramin Bank,
Mandsaur (M.P.)".

R. Chauhan as Chairman of the Ratlam-Mandsaur Kshetriya Gramin Bank, Mandsaur and specifies
