केन्द्रीय भाण्डागारण निगम ( कर्मचारी वृन्द ) विनियम मे और सशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है अर्थात--
1 ( 1 ) इन विनियमो का नाम केन्द्राय भाण्डागारण निगम ( कर्मचारी वृन्द) ( द्वितीय प्रशाधन) विनियम 1983 है ।
( 2) ये राजपत्र में अपने प्रकाशन को नाव में प्रवृत्त होगे ।
2 केन्द्रीय भाण्डागारण निगम ( कर्मचारी वृन्द) विनियम 1966 के विनियम 15 के उपविनियम ( 2 ) के अधीन द । गई सारणी मे प्रवर्ग "ग" के नोचे शहर या नगर की श्रेणी ने सम्बन्धिन प्रविष्टियो के अधीन निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टिया अन्त. स्थापित की जाएंगी, र्थात-

No. CWC/XV - I'Estt . :- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 42 of the Warehousing Corporations Act , 1962 (58 of 1962), the Central Warehousing Corporation , with the previous sanction of the Central Government , hereby makes the following regulation , further to amend the Central Warehousing Corpo- rati ( Staff) Regulations , 1966 , namely :-
1. ( 1 ) These Regulations may be called the Central Ware- housing Corporation ( Staff ) (Amendment ) Regulations , 1983 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publi- cation in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Central Warehousing Corporation ( Staff ) Regula- tions , 1966, in the Table given under regulation 15 (2) , the follow- ing entries shall be inserted in substitution of the following: Unclassified cities / towns or areas special remote warehouse allowance 7-1 / 2 % of pay" .

"Unclassified cities / towns or areas except Mizoram
Special remote Warehouse allo- wance 7-1 / 2 % of pay
7-1/2 % of pay Mizoram : (a) Employees not having all India transfer liability i.e. WA- II and Group D employees
15% of pay (b) Employees having all India transfer liability
1 e . others in pay range upto Rs. 560 Rs . 560 to Rs . 599
Amount by which pay falls short of Rs. 644
Rs. 600/- and above .
7-1/ 2 % of pay, sub- ject to maximum of Rs. 200."

CWC/XV-1/ Estt. :- In exercise of he povers coneried by section 42 of the Warehousing Corp( ארכו A , 19021530i 1962) , the Central Warehousing Corporation with the previous sanction of the Central Govern , hereby makes befollow- ing regulations , further to amend the Central Winousing Corporation ( Staff) Regulations , 1956 , namely : --
1. ( 1) These Regulations may be called the Central Warehousing Corporation (Staff ) ( Second Amendment) Regulations, 1983 .
(2) Thev shall cone into force on the date of their pbuli- cation in the Oficial Gazette .
2. In the Central Warehousing Corporation ( Staff ) Regulations , 1966 in Regulation 15 , in the Table given un lers ıb -rezalaron ( 2 ) under entries relating to class of city or town under category 'C' , the following entries shall be inserted namely:-

स० सो डब्ल्यूसो/ 15-1/स्थापना भाण्डागारण निगम अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 58 ) की धारा 42 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय भाण्डागारण निगम केन्द्रीय सरकार की पूर्व मजूरी से केन्द्रीय भाण्डागारण निगम ( कर्मचार। वृन्द ) , विनियम 1966 मे और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है , अर्थात-
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमा ना नाम केन्द्रीय भाण्डागारण निगम ( कर्मचारी वृन्द) ( ततीय मशोधन ) विनियम, 1983 है ।
( 2 ) ये राजपत्र मे अपने प्रकाशन की तारीख मे प्रवृत्त होगे ।
2 केन्द्रीय भाण्डागारण निगम ( कमचारीवृन्द) विनियम 1966 मे विनियम 11 के उपविनियम ( 3 ) के बाद निम्नलिखित उपविनियम अंत स्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात
(4) उप-विनियम ( 1) और ( 2 ) में अन्र्तावष्ट किसी बात क होने पर भो यदि समुचित प्राधिकार । की यह राय हे कि ऐसा करना निगम के हित मे ह ता इमे ममूह (क) समूह (ख ) ममूह ( ग ) तथा समूह ( घ ) के कर्मचारी को उमकी पचास वर्ष को आयु होने के बाद उमे लिखित नोटिम जोकि तीन मास से कम नही होगा या ऐसे नाटिम के बदले में तोन माम का वेतन नथा भत्ते दकर सेवा -निवत्त करने का पूर्ण अधिकार हे ।
( 5) उपर्युक्त जागे ममूहा म से किसी समूह से सम्वन्धित कमचारी पचाम वर्ष की आयु हाने के बाद समुचित प्राधिकारी को नोटिस जोकि तीन माम से कम नही होगा देकर निगम की सेवा से स्वेच्छा से सेवा निवत्त हा मकता है ।
स्पष्टीकरण-1
उप-विनियम ( 5 ) के अधीन दिए गए"नोटिस" पर ममुचित प्राधि- कारी की स्वोकृति अपेक्षित होगी , बशर्ते सेवा निवृत्ति की अनुमति के बारे मे कोई इन्कार न होने को स्थिति मे सेवा निवृत्ति नोटिस की अवधि की ममाप्ति की नारोख से प्रभावी हामी ।
स्पष्टा करण-2
कर्मचारा जिभने मवा निवृत्त हान का विनिश्चय किया है ओर उप- विनियम ( 5 ) के जवान नाटिम दिया है को समुचित प्राधिकारी के विनि- दिष्ट अनुमोदन को छोडकर अपना नोटिस वापस लेने से रोका जाएगा ।
स्पष्टीकरण-3
उर विनित्रम ( 4) और ( 5 ) मे प्रयोजन के लिए मनुचित प्राधिकारा से अभिप्राय वह अधिकारी है जो पदनि नियुक्ति-प्राधिकारी है , जिम पद पर कर्मचारी नोटिस देने के समय कार्य कर रह था ।

(1) These regulations may be called the Central Warehousing Corporation ( Staff) (Third Amendment ) Regulations , 1983
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publi- cation in the Official Gazette
2. In the Cential Warehousing Corporation (Staff ) Regulations , 1966, after sub - regulation (3 ) of regulation 11 , the follwoing sub- regulation shall be inserted , namely
(4) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub - regulations (1) and (2), the appropriate authority shall , If it is of the opinion that it is in the interest of the Corporation so to do , have the absolute right to retire an employee belonging to Group 'A' , Group 'B' , Group ' C ' and Group ' D' after he has attained the age of fifty years , by giving him a notice of not less than three months in writing or three months' pay and allowances in lieu of such notice
(5) An employee belonging to any of the aforesaid four Groups may , by giving notice of not less than three months in writing to the appropriate authority, voluntarily retire from service of the Corporation after he has attained the age of fifty years .
Explanation I
Notice given under sub - regulation (5) shall require accep- tance by the appropriate authority , provided that in the absence of any refusal of permission for retirement, the retirement shall become effective from the date of expiry of the period of notice
Explanation II
An employee who has elected to retire and h is given notice under sub - regulation (5) shall be precluded from withdrawing his notice except with the specific approval of the appropriate authority
Explanation III
For the purpose of sub - regulations ( 4) and ( 5) , the appropriate authority means the appointing authority of the post which the employee was holding at the time of giving notice
