New Delhi, the 17th November, 1983
S.O. 816(E).—In exercise of the. powers conferred by sub-
section (3) of section 1 of the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970), the Central Government hereby appoints the Sevtnteenth day of November, 1983, as the date on which the provisions of section 4 of the said Act shall come into force in the whole of India.
