वस्तु अधिनियम , 1955 डा. ४. 824 (ग) केन्द्रीय सरकार , आवश्यक (1955 का 10) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त नवितयों का प्रयोग करते हुए , निदेश देती है कि उन्नम अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 2) के खंड (ब) और (च) के अधीन आदेश देने की शक्ति का प्रथोन , इससे उपायद्ध अनुम्ची में विनिदिष्ट किगी भी किस्म के पश् बारे के संबंध में , तमिलनाड राज्य की सरकार भी उस राज्य में करेगी ।

2. यह आदेश राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रारम्भ होने वाली और 81 जनवरी , 1984 तक समाप्त होने वाली अवधि के लिए प्रवृत्त रहेगा ।

ORDER
New Delhi , the 18th November , 1983
S.O. 824 ( E ) .-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sec- tion 5 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the power to make orders under clauses ( d) and ( f) of sub - section (2 ) of section 3 of the said Act shall , in relation to the cattle fodder of any of the varieties specified in the Schedule hereto annexed , be exer- eisable also by the Government of the State of Tamil Nadu in that State .
This Order shall remain in force for the period commencing from the date of its publication in the Gazette of India and end- ing with the 31st day of January , 1984 .
