S.O. 826(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976) the Central Government, on being requested so to do by Bank, of India, Establishes, with effect from the 19th November, 1983 a Regional Rural Bank in the State of Maharashtra under the name of Ratnagiri Sindu- durg Gramin Bank, which shall operate within the local limits of the Districts of Ratnagiri and Sindudurg in the State of Maharashtra

S.O. 827 (E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976) the Central Government, after con- sultation with the Reserve flank of India and Bank of India by which Ratn'agiri Sindudurg Gramin Bank has been spon- sored, specifies Ratnagiri as tho place where Ratnaglri Sindu- durg Gramin Bank shall have its head Office

S.O. 828 (E).—In pursuance of sub-clause (Hi) of clause (a) of sub-section (6) of section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934) the Central Government hereby notifies, for iho purposes of the said sub-clause, Ratnagiri Sindudurg Gramin Bank. Ratnagiri being an institution established under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976).

S.O. 830(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) sub-section (6) of Section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Reserve Bank of India hereby direct the Inclusion in the Second Schedule to the said Act of the following bank, namely :—
"Ratnagiri Sindudurg Gramin Bank, Ratnagiri "(Maha-
rashtra)".
