का. आ. 851 (म)/18कक/ आई .बी .आर.ए./88.-भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय ( औद्योगिक विकास विभाग) के आदेश सं . का. आ. 767(अ) , तारीख 23 अक्तूबर , 1981 द्वारा (जिसमें इसके पश्चात उक्त आदेश कहा गया है) मैरार्स मोहनी मिल्स लिमिटेड , बेलरिया , पश्चिमी बंगाल नामक औद्योगिक उपक्रम का सम्पूर्ण प्रबन्ध , उद्योग (विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम , 1951 (1951 का 65) की धारा 18 कक की उप - धारा ( 1) के खण्ड (ख) के अधीन तीस दिन की अवधि के लिए ग्रहण किया गया था और नेशनल टैक्सटाइल कारपो रेशन लिमिटेड , सूर्यकिरण भबन , कतूरबा गांधी मार्ग , नई दिल्ली को उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम का प्रबंध ग्रहण करने के लिए प्राधिकृत किया गया था ;
और , भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय (औद्योगिक विकास विभाग) के आवेश सं . का. वा. 821 (अ) /18कक/आई.डी. आर.ए. /81 , तारीख 21 नवम्बर , 1981; का .का. 340 (5) (अ) /18कक/बाई.डी . आर . ए . /82 , तारीख 21 मई, 1200 का. आ . 810 (अ) / 18 कक/आई. डी. आर.ए. /82 , सारीख 17 नवम्बर , 1982 गौर का. आ . 369 (अ)/ 18कक/जाई. डी. आर . ए/83 , तारीख 21 मई , 1983 द्वारा उक्त आदेश को 21 नवम्बर , 1983 तक , जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , गढ़ा दिया गया था ;
और , केन्द्रीय सरकार की राय है कि लोकहित में यह समीचीन है कि उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम उक्त नेशनल टैक्स- टाइल कारपोरेशन लिमिटेड के प्रबंध के अधीन छह मास की और अवधि के लिए बना रहे ;
अतः , अब , केन्द्रीय सरकार , उद्योग (बिकाम और विनि- यमन) अधिनियम , 1951 (1951 का 65) की धारा 18 कक की उपधारा (2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह निदेश देती है कि उक्त आदेश 21 मई , 1984 तक की अवधि जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , छह मारा की और अवधि के लिए , प्रभावी बना रहेगा ।

under of Industry (Department of Industrial Develop- ment) S.O. 767(E) , dated the 23rd October , 1981 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order) , the management of the whole of the industrial under- taking known as Messrs Mohini Mills Limited , Belgharia , West Bengal , was taken over clause ( b) of sub -section ( 1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act , 1951 (65 of 1951 ) , for a period of thirty days and the National Textile Corporation Limited, Surya Kiran Building , Kasturba Gandhi Marg , New Delhi was authorised to take over the management of the said industrial undertaking;
And, whereas , by the orders of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) numbers S.O. 821 (E) 18AA JDRA 81. dated the 21st November , 1981 , S.O. 340 ( 5 ) ( E ) 18AA 82 , dated the 21st May, 1982 , S.O. 810 (E) 18AA IDRA 82 , dated the 17th November , 1982 and S.O. 369 (E ) 18AA IDRA 83 , dated the 21st May , 1983 , the said order was extended upto and inclusive of the 21st Nov- ember , 1983 .
And , whereas , the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said industrial undertaking should con- tinue under the management of the said National Textile Corporation Limited for a further period of six months .
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub- section (2) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act. 1951 ( 65 of 1951) , the Central Government here- by directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for the further period of six months upto and inclusive of the 21st May , 1984.

का. उा. 852 (अ)/18 चल/आई . डी . आर . ए./83- केन्द्रीय सरकार ने भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय (औद्योगिक विकास विभाग) के आदेश का.आ. 783( ) // आ . डी. आर.ए./81 , तारीख 2 नम्बर , 1981 द्वारा ( जिसे इसमें इसके प्रभात उक्त आदेश कहा गया है) उद्योग (विकास और विनिगमन) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 63) की धारा 185ख की उपधारा (1 ) के खण्ड (ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शवितयों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह घोषणा की थी कि उक्त आदेश के जारी किए जाने की तारीख से ठीक पहले पवत ऐसा सभी एण किन्हीं मंडिदाओं , सम्पत्ति के हस्तान्दरण-पत्रों , करारों , परिनिर्धारण , पंचाटों , स्थायी आदेशों या अन्य लिखतों का (उनसे भिन्न जो बैंकों और वित्तीय संस्थानों के प्रतिभूत दायित्वों में संबंधित हैं) . जिनका मैसर्स मोहिनी मिल्न लिमिटेड , मोरिया , परिक्रमी टंगाल नामक औलोगिक उपक्रम एक पक्षकार है गा जो ऐसे शौद्योगिक उपक्रम को लागू हैं , प्रवर्तन 21 नदम्तार, 1981 तक , जिसमें यह तारीस भी सम्मिलित है , की अवधि के लिए फिलंगित रहेगा और जक्त गरीख से पहले उनके अधीन प्रोद्भत गा उद्भूत सभी अधिकार , विशेषाधिकार , साध्य- ताएं और दायित्व उक्य अवधि के लिए निलंबित रहेंगे ;

र , भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय ( औद्योगिक विकास । वभाग) के आदेश मं. का.आा. 882(अ)/18चख/आई. डी. आर . ए./81 तारीरू 21 नवम्बर , 1981 और का. आ. 341(अ) / 18चल/आई. डी. आर.ए./82 , तारीख 21 मई , 1982 और 811 (अ) /18 चस/आईं. डी. आर.ए. /82 , तारीख 17 नवम्बर , 1982 द्वारा उक्त आदेश को 21 मई , 1983 तक जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है , बढ़ा दिया गया था ; का. आ.
और , भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय ( औद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के आवेश सं . का.आ. 370(अ) /18 खस/आई. डी . आर.ए. /83 , तारीख 21 मई , 1983 द्वारा उक्त आदेश को 21 नवम्बर , 1983 तक , जिसमें यह तारीख भी मम्मिलित है , बढ़ा दिया गया था ;
और , केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है कि उक्त आदेश की अवधि को छह मास की और अवधि के लिए बढ़ा दिया जाए ;
अतः , अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार , उद्योग (विकास और विनि- यमन) अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 65) की धारा 18वस की उपधारा (2 ) के साथ पठित उपधारा (1) के खंड (ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , उक्त आदेश की अवधि को 21 मई , 1984 रुक , जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित हैं , बढ़ाती है ।

S.O. 852 (E) 18FB | IDRA/ 83.-Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Develop- ment) S.O. 783 (E) | 18FB IDRA/ 83 , dated the 2nd November , 1981 , (hereinafter referred to as the said Order) , the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub- section (1) of section 18FB of the Industries ( Develop- ment and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 declared that the operation of all or any of cont- tracts , assurances of property , agreements , settle- ments , awards , standing orders or other instru- ments in force immediately before the date of issue of the said Order ( other than those relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institu- tions) to which the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Mohini Mills Limited . Belgaria , West Bengal , is a party or which may be applicable to the said industrial undertaking shall remain sus- pended for a period upto and inclusive of the 21st November , 1981 and that all rights , privileges , obligations and liabilities accruing or arising there- under before the said date shall remain suspended for the said period;
And , whereas . by the Orders of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 822 (E) 18FB / IDRA 81 , dated the 21st November, 1981 and S.O. No. 341 ( E ) 18FB UDRA 82 , dated the 21st May, 1982. and S.O. 811 (E) 18FB IDRA 82 dated the 17th November , 1982 the said Order was ex- tended for the period upto and inclusive of the 21st May, 1983 ;

And, whereas , by the Orders of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry ( Department of Industrial Development ) No. S.O. 370 (E) 18FB IDRA 83 dated 21st May, 1983 the said Order was extended for the period upto and inclusive of 21st November , 1983 :
And, whereas , the Central Government is satis- fied that the duration of the said Order should be Ended for a further period of six months ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers con- ferred by clause ( b ) of sub- section ( 1) , read with sub- section ( 2) of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act , 1951 (65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the said Order upto and inclusive of 21st May, 1984.
