2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [FART II—SEC. jln.read with sub-rule (2) of rule 10 of the Regi| tration and Licensing of Industrial Under- takings Rules, 1952, the Ministry of Industry, Department of Industrial Development, hereby makes the following further amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the former Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 163(E)[RLIU|1O(2)|76, dated the 3rd March, 1976 namely :—
In the said notification, the following shall be
added at the end, namely :—
