M4(E).—Tn exercise cf the powers conferred by sub- section (h oi section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), iead v.ith sub-section (4) ot section 45 of the Finance Act, 1983 (11 of 19R3), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public inteirst so to do, hereby makes the follow- ing amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 134(83- Custoius. dated the 13th May I9S3, namely :—
