नई दिल्ली, 25 नवम्बर , 1983
का० वा० 859 ( अ) यतः इसमें मीचे अनुसूची में उल्लिखित भूमि , भादि में उपयोग का अधिकार ( अभ्धार ग्राउण्ड अधिकार ) का अर्जन कसकक्षा नगर में मैट्रो रेलवे और उससे संबधित अन्य संकों के निर्माण के प्रयोजन के लिए अपेक्षित है ।
और यत: केन्द्रीय सरकार ने इस बात का समाधान कर लिया है कि नीचे अनुसूची में उल्लिखित भूमि इमारत भाषि में उपयोग का अधिकार ( अण्डर ग्राउण्ड अधिकार) लोक प्रयोजन के लिए अपेक्षित है ।
अत: केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा नीचे अनुसूची में उल्लिखित भूमि इमारत आदि में उपयोग का अधिकार ( अष्णार ग्राउण्ड अधिकार) मैट्रो रेलवे , (संक्रमों का निर्माण) अधिनियम 1978 ( 1978 का 33 ) की धारा 7 ( 1 ) के अन्तर्गत उसे प्राप्त शक्तियों के अनुसार अर्जित करने के लिए अपने आशय की घोषणा करती है ।
नोचे अनुसूची में उल्लिखित भूमि इमारत आदि का कोई हिताधिकारी व्यक्ति आपत्ति यदि कोई हो, तो उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 9 (i ) के अन्तर्गत यथा विहिप सक्षम प्राधिकारी के सम्मुख इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से इक्कीस दिन के भीतर प्रस्तुत कर सकता है ।
भूमि जिसमें उपयोग का अधिकार कलकत्ता मैट्रो रेलवे और उससे संबंधित अन्य संकों के निर्माण के प्रयोजन के लिए अपेक्षित है , को बश्चनि वाली अनुसूजी।

New Delhi , the 25th November , 1983
S.O. 859(E) :-Whereas the land , buil.ling etc, mentioned herein in the schedule below are required for the purpose of Construction of Metro Railway and other works connected therewith in the City of Calcutta..
And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the land , building etc. referred to in the schedule below are required for a public purpose.
The Central Governmentdo therefore, hereby declare their intention to acquire the land , building etc. referred to in the schedule below, in terms of the powers conferred on them under Section -7 ( i ) of the Metro Railways (Construction of works) Act, 1978 (Act 33 of.1978).
Any person interested in the land , building etc. referred to in the schedule below may, within twenty one days from the date of publication of this notification , put of objection if any before the Competent Authority as prescribed under Section 9 ( i ) of the Act.
Schedule showing the land, building etc. is required for the purpose of Construction of Metro Railway and other works connected therewith for Calcutta Metro Railway.
