S.O. 863(E)|18AA]IBRA|83.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18AA of the In- dustries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Develop- ment) No. S.O. 852(E)|18AA|IDRA|77, dated the 23rd December, 1977, namely :—
In the said Order under the heading "Memb-
ers":—
(1) For serial No. 2 and the entry relating thereto; the following serial number and entry shall be substituted, namely :—
