मा० का० नि ० 864 ( अ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार भरकारी बचत पत्र अधिनियम, 1959 ( 1959 का 16 ) की धाग 12 द्वारा प्रदत्त गनितयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, डाकघर बचन पत्र नियम, 1960 का और मणोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनानी है अर्थात
1 ( 1 ) इन नियमो का मक्षिप्त नाम डाकघर श्रचत पत्र ( दूमरा मणोधन ) नियम, 1983 है ।
( 2) गे गजपन में प्रवाणन की तारीग्य को प्रवत्त हागे ।
2. हाकघर बचन पत्र नियम, 1960 के नियम 26 के उनियम ( 1 ) थे नीचे की मारणी के स्थान पर निर्मानन्ति मारणी रखी जाएगी ,

G.S.R. 864 ( E) . In exercise of the powers con- ferred by section 12 of Government Savings Certi- ficates Act , 1959 ( 46 of 1959 ) , the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Post Office Savings Certificates Rules , 1960 , namely : -
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Post Office Savings Certificates ( Second Amendment ) Rules , 1983 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Post Office Savings Certificates Rules , 1960 in rule 26, for the table below sub - rule ( I ) the following table shall be substituted , namely :-

मा० का० नि० 865 (अ ) कन्द्रीय गग्कार , भग्कारी बचत पव अधिनियम, 1959 ( 1959का 16 ) की धारा 12 नाग प्रदन्न शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , राष्ट्रीय बचत पत्र ( पहला निर्गम) नियम 1965 का गंशोधन करने के निये निम्नलिखित नियग बनाती है, अर्थान्
1 ( 1 ) इन नियमो का मक्षिप्त नाम गष्ट्रीय बचत पत्र ( पहल निर्गम ) मशोधन नियम, 1983 है ।
( 2) ये राजपक्ष में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृप्त होगे ।

मा० का० नि० 867 ( अ ) केन्द्रीय मरकार , भरकारी बचत पत्र अधिनियम , 1959 ( 1959 वा 46 ) की धारा 1 द्वारा प्रदश्न शक्तिया का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रीय वचन गत्र ( पाणवा निर्गम ) नियम, का और मशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है अर्थात् 1973
1. ( 1) इन नियमा का सक्षिन नाम राष्ट्रीय बचत पत्र ( पचिवा निर्गम) सशोधन नियम 1423 है ।
