EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

S.O. 874(E)jNo. E(C)O, 1977|AM(279).—fa exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely:—

1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Twenty-

sixth Amendment Order, 1983.

2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, in OGJL-3, in col. 4 against S. No, 1 the following shall be added after condition No. (ii) :—

"(hi) —Quarantine of Buffaloes for a minimum period of 21 days during which period the buffaloes will be subject to inspection and vaccination for rinder- pest, foot and mouth disease and will also be tested for Tuberculosis and Brucellosis".
