NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 3rd December, 1983
S. O. 883(E).-—Whereas the Central Government has consti- tuted a Committee lor considering and submitting a report on the artistic and aesthetic value of human works of ;ut relating to traditional aits, cralts, gems and jewellery proposed to be declared as art treasures by the notification ot the Archaeo- logical Suivcy of India No. G.S.R. 723(E) dated the 30th Decem- ber, 1980, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part U, Secion 3, Sub-section (i) dated the 3()tli December, 1980.
Whereas the term of the said committee is due to expire on the 29th December, 1983.
Now, therefore, in pursuance of rule 2/\ of the Antiquities and Art Treasures Rules, 1973, read with clause (b) or sub- scction(l) of section 2 of the Antiquities & Art TreyMIIVS Act, 1972 (52 of 1972), the Central Government hereby extends the terms of that Committee for one year more from the 30th Dec- ember, 1983.
