उक्त आदेश के नीसे दी गई मारणी में स्तम्भ में, क्रम सं ० 1 , 2 , 3, 4, 5, और 6 के सामने " 24.9" , " 2.36 " , " 38.63" , " 14.12 " . " 1.53" और " 0.59 " अंगों के स्थान पर " 29.33 ", " 2.47", " 14.38" " 18.2 " , " 2.15" और " 0.1 " अंक श्रमण रखे जाएंगे ।

In exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub- paragraph ( 1) of paragraph 12 of the Drugs (Prices Control ) Order , 1979 , the Cent- ral Government hereby makes the following amend- ments in the Order of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Petroleum , Chemicals and Fertilizers (Department of Chemicals and Fertili- zers ) No. S.O. 428 ( E ) , dated the 19th June , 1982 namely :-
In the Table below the said Order against serial numbers 1 , 2 , 3 , 4, 5 and 6 , in column 5, for the figures " 24.9 " , " 2.36 " , " 38.63 " , " 1412 " , " 1.83 " and " 0.59 " , the figures " 29.33 " , " 2.87 " , " 44.88 ",

का० आ० 887 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार औषधि ( कीमत नियंत्रण) आदेश , 1979 के पैरा, 13 के उपदैरा ( 6) के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोगः करते हुए, भारत मरकार के भूनपूर्व पैट्रोनियम, रपायन और उर्वरक मंत्रालय ( रसायन और उर्वरक विभाग ) के आवेण सं ० का ० आ० 666 (अ ) तारीख 24 अगस्त, 1981 में निम्नलिखित और संशायन करती है , अर्थात्:---
उक्त आदेश के मीचे दी गई सारणी में स्तम्भ 5 में क्रम सं ० 11 के मामने " 30.16" अंकों के स्थान पर " 46.94" अंक रखे जायेंगे ।

उक्त आदेश में संलग्न सारणी में स्तम्भ 5 में क्रम सं ० 2 के मामने " 5.85 " , " 58.48", " 8.08" और " 80.87 " अश्रों के स्थान पर " 8.06" " 10.11 ", " 8.21 " और " 102.21" अंक उमणः रखे जायेंगे ।

फा०अ ० 889 ( अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार , औषधि (कीमत नियंत्रण) आदेण, 1979 के पैरा 13 के उपपैरा ( 6 ) के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने हुए, भारत सरकार ने भनाई पैट्रोलियम, रमायन और उधरक मंत्रालय ( रसायन और उर्वरक विभाग ) के आदेश सं० का०आ० 312 ( अ) तारीख 21 अप्रैल, 1981 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:--
उक्त आदेश के नीचे दी गई मारणी में स्तम्भ 5 में क्रम सं ० 25 और 38 के सामने " 18.02" और " 1.80 " , अंशों के स्थान पर '20.62" और " 2.24" अंक क्रमशः रखे आयेंगे ।
टिप्पणः--मूल अधिसूचना सं० 312 (अ) तारीख 21 अप्रैल, 1 का बाद में संशोधन नहीं हुआ है ।
