SO. yOO(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause 8 of die Jute (Licensing & Control) Order, 1961, I, S. P. Mallik, Jute Commissioner,"hereby fix Rs. 655.02 per 100 bags as the maximum ex-factory price at which 13. Twills (a variety of jute textile) of .the size 4 4 - l | 4 " X 2 6 i" Hd. W.J.P. 44"X26£" Hd. 2-114- lbs. per bag. 6 X^ . 3 blue,,dry sewn and conforming in all oilier respects to the current ISI Specification (No. IS : 2566.-I965 as amended upto-date) shall be purchased or sold during the month of December, 1983.
2. The price fixed under this notification shall be exclusive of duty of excise and the sales tax which shall be paid in addition to the cx-factory price by the purchaser at actuals.
