NOTIFICATION
S.O. 905(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 29B of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in die notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 20(E), dated • 14th January, 1982, published at page 52 of the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part I I- Section 3—Sub-section (ii) dattd the 14th January, 1982, namely :—
In the Schedule to the said notification, for item (2) and the antry relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:--
•'(2) Equipment upto 5000 K.W. for mini and micro
hydel systems.".
