2. 235 परिशिष्ट 17 क्रम सं ० त 4
(1) मद (ग) असली या परिष्कृत मोसी , बिना जड़े हुए/बिना छेद किए हुए के सामने के कालम 4 मे वर्तमान ( 50 %) का अकित मूल्य प्रतिबंध ( 25 % ) कर दिया जाएगा ।
(2) कालम 5 में वर्तमान अभ्युक्ति 5 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखिन अभ्यक्ति प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी:--
"( 5) होगे, बिना जड़े हुए और बिना कटे हुए; बहुमूल्य या अर्ध बहुमूल्य रत्न-बिना जड़े हुए या बिना कटे हुए , असली या परिष्कृत मोती, बिना जड़े हुए/ बिना छेद किए हुए की कालम 4 में निविष्ट अकित मूल्य सीमाओं के भीतर प्रतिपूर्ति की अनुमति केवल तब वी जाएगी जब निर्यात किए गए उत्पाद मे होरा , बहुमूल्य या अर्ध- बहुमूल्य रत्नो और मोतियो की मात्रा क्रमशः उनमे से प्रत्येक के लिए लागू कालम 4 में अकित मूल्य प्रतिवध के अनुसार हो लेकिन, यदि निर्यात किए गए उत्पाद में इन मदो में से केवल एक भव अर्थात् हीरे या बहुमूल्य या अर्धबहुमूल्य रत्न या असली या परिष्कृत मोती होगी, तो भकित मूल्य प्रतिबंध लागू नही होगा । "

वर्तमान अभ्युक्ति ( 5 ) के बाद निम्न- लिखित अभ्यक्ति जोडी आएगी.-- " ( 6) असली या परिष्कृत बिना जड़े / बिना छेद किए हुए मोतियों के आयात की अनुमति केवल कालम 2 मे उल्लिखित उत्पादों के निर्यात के मढे जारी किए लाइमेस के मूल्य के 25 प्रतिशत तक दी जाएगी ।

Subject : Import and Export Policy for April 1983-March 1984
File No. 1/ P/24/ REP/ 74 - FPC (Vol . X) : - Attention is invited to the Import and Export Policy for April 1983-March 1984 ( Vol . I ) , published under the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 10- ITC ( PN )/ 83 dated the 15th April , 1983 , as amended .
2. The following amendments shall be made at appropriate places in the Import and Export Policy, 1983-84 ( Vol . I ) :-

SI . N. P. 11 and P. 1.2 shall ba merged together under Sl . No. PI with the following ontries in Column 2 to 4 :- (2) (3) (4) Polished or 55 % processed Pearls (Real orcultured)
(a) Real or cultur- ed Pearls unset/ undrilled ."

of (1 ) In column 4, the existing face vilus restriction (50%) against item ( c ) Real or cultured pearls , unset/ undulled shall be reduced (25%) .
(2) In Column 5 , the existing Remarks 5 shall be substitu- ted by the following:-
"(5) Replenishment within the face value limits in dicated in Columu 4 of diamonds , unset and uncut ; precious or semi- precious stones , unset and uncut ; real or cultured pearls, unset/undrilled shall be allowed only if the product exported contained diamonds , precious or semi- precious stones and pearls respectively, with the lace value restriction as men- tioned in Column 4 being applicable to each of them .

However, if the product cx- ported contained only one of these items , namely diamonds or precious or semi - precious stones or real or cultured pearls , the face value restric- tion shall not apply ."
