S.O. 9i5(E).—In exercise of the power; conferred by sec- tion 9 of the Cinematograph Act, 1952 (37 of 1952) and in continuation of Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Noti- fication No. 806/21/83-F(C) dated 17-6-S3 (published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated 17-6-83) the Central Government hereby extends the period of exemption from the provisions of sub-rule (1) of rule 28 ol the Cinematograph (Certification) Rules, 1983 relating to deposit of a print/video-copy of the film in respect of films certi- fied by the Central Board of Film Certification, for three months I'nwi 17-12-83, subject to the condition that the applicant shall deposit a shooting script of the film to the Central Board of Film Certification.
