गं प्रतिअदायगी/सा. म 35/83.- मीमाशुल्क तन केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रमिजवायगी नियमाबली , 1971 (भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण दिनांक 23 अगस्त, 1971, में प्रयाशिल अधिसूचना र 52/ F1 म -602/ 2/7, अ ) के नियम 4 के अधीन , न्द्रीय सरकार गार्वजनिक मचना ग प्रतिअदायगी/मा म् -20/81 , दिनाक 1 जून, 1981 में प्रकाशित करणी ग एतद्वद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है
उप- क्रमावा 5004 के सामने दी गई टिप्पणी " उक्त दर इम शर्त के अध्यधीन रहते हुए देय होगी कि 100 किलो गाग ग्रामोफोन रिकाडों के प्रति निर्यात के लि 1186 G1'81

नियतकर्ता दानेदा'र रूप में पी . वी. सी. 'यौगिक (बिस्कुट सामग्री) के 105 किलो ग्राम के , शिपिंग बिल की तारीख के पूर्ववती तीन महीनों के भीतर सोधे शल्क - प्रदत्त आयात शुल्फ के वारे में मीशुल्क के सहायक समाहर्ता के सभाधानप्रद रू माक्ष्य प्रस्तुत करे "
के स्थान पर
" उक्त दर इस इ.ते के अध्यधीन रहते हुए दय हागी कि 100 किलोग्राम ग्रामोफोन रिकों के प्रति निर्यात के सम्बन्ध में निर्यातकर्ता दानेवा'र रूप में पी . वी . सी. योगिक (बिस्कुट सामग्री ) के 105 कि. ग्राम के आयात पर सीधे शुल्क अदायगी का अथवा दानवार रूप में 70 कि. आम और पाउडर रूप म 35 कि. ग्राम के आयात पर मीधे शुल्क-अदायगी का साक्ष्य प्रस्तुत करें" पढ़ ।
यह सार्वजनिक सूचना11 जनवरी , 1982 से प्रभावी मानी जाएगी ।

PUBLIC NOTICE
No. Drawback PN - 83.-Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 ( Notification No. 52 F. No. 602 / 2 / 70 - DBK published in the Gazette of India Ex- traordinary ) dated the 25th August , 1971 , the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK PN 20.81 . dated the 1st June , 1981 :-
" In note : against Sub - serial No. 5504 for " The above rate is payable subject to the condition that for every export of 100 kgs . of gramophone records the ex- porter produces evidence to the satisfaction of the Asstt. Collector of Cu tems of direct duty paid importation within 3 months preweeding the date of SB of 105 Kgs . of PVC compound ( Biscuit material ) in granular form " , read "The above rate is payable subject to the condition that for every export of 100 Kgs . of Gramophone Record: the exporter pr 3

duces evidence of direct duty paid importation of 105 Kgs . of PVC compound (Biscuit material) in granular from evidence of direct duty paid or importation of 70 Kgs in granular form and 35 Kgs . in powder form " .
This Public Notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 11th January , 1982 .
