G.S.R. 896(E).—In exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 130|82- Central Excises, [GSR 353 (E)] dated the 27th April 1983, namely :—
In the said notification, In the opening para- graph, for the words "nineteen rupees", the words "seventeen rupees" shall be substituted.
2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PARI II—SEC. 3 (I ,| No. 295|83-CENTRAL EXCISESG.S.R. 897(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excises Rules, 1944, read with sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Additional Duties of Excise (Goods of Special Importance) Act, 1957 (58 ot 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 131|83-Central Ex- cises, [GSR 354(E)] dated the 27th April, 1983, namely :•—
In the said notification in the opening paragraph, for the words "nineteen rupees", the words "twenty-one rupees" shall be subsituted.
