NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 21st December, 1983

S.R.O. 85(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by pro- viso to sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Armed Forces (Emer- gency Duties) Act, 1947 (15 of 1947) the Central Government hereby declares all services connected with the operation and maintenance of telephone services in the State of Assam to be services of vital importance to the community.
