१० কা० ति० ৪০৪ (মअ) भारत के वनस्पति तेल उन्पाद नियंत्रक, बनस्पति तेल उग्वशद नियंत्रण आदेश. 1947 के , जो आवश्यक वस्तृ अधिनियम, 1955( 1955 का 10 ) की धारा 16 की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रवृत्त बनाए रखा गया है, खंड 14 नो उपखंड ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बौर भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन खाद्य और कृषि मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी की गई अधिसूचना मा० का ० ति० सं ० 1969, तारीख 2 जुलाई, 1963 को अधिकांत करते हुए वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद का जो खुले रूप में रखे गए से भिन्न है, स्टाक ग्वने या उसके विक्रय को प्रतिषिद्ध करते हैं, जब तक कि उन्हें मीधे वी गई बनुची के स्तंभ ( 1 ) , ( 2 ) और ( 4 ) में विनिविष्ट प्रकार, आकार और वर्णन के आधान में पैक नहीं किया जाता है और जिसकी शुद्ध भमका उसके स्तंभ ( 3 ) में की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में की विनिविष्ट है-
परन्तु यदि किसी विशेष कारण से कोई व्यक्ति ऐसे आधान में पैक किए गए बनस्पति तेल उत्पाद को स्टाक करता या विक्रय करना आवश्यक समझता है जो अनुसूत्री में विनिविष्ट किम्ही या सभी अपेक्षाओं के अनुरूप नहीं है तो यह उसके लिए भारत के वनस्पति तेल उत्पाद नियंत्रक की पूर्व अनुज्ञा प्राप्त करने के पश्चात् और इस निमित्त उक्त नियंत्रक के अनुदेशों, यदि कोई हो, के अनुमार ऐसा कर सकेगा ।

New Delhi, the 22nd December, 1983
G.S.R. 908 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -clause ( 1 ) of clause 14 of the Vegetable Oil Products Control Order , 1947, as continued in force by sub- section (2 ) of section 16 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 (10 of 1955 ), and in supersession of the notification issued by the Government of India in the then Ministry of Food and Agriculture GSR No. 1169 dated the 2nd July, 1963 , the Vegetable Oil Products Controller for India hereby prohibits the stock or sale , other than in loose form , of any Vegetable Oil Pro- ducts unless packed in containers of the type , size and description specified in columns ( 1) , (2) and (4) respectively of the Schedule given be low and having a net capacity specified in the corresponding entry in column (3 ) thereof:-- भारत का राजपत्र असाधारण

Provided that where , for any special reason any person finds it necessary to stook or sell any vegetable oil product packed in contai- ners not conforming to any er all of the requirements specified in the Schedule , he may do so after obtaining the prior permission there for from the Vegetable Oil Products Controller for India and in accordance withthe instructions if any , of the said Controller in this behalf.
