S.O. 924(E).—In pursuance of clause (1) of article 239 of the Constitution, the President hereby directs that subject to the control of the President and until further orders, the Adminis- trator of the Union territory of Dadra and Nagar Havcli shall exercise the powers and discharge the functions of the State Government under the provisions of sub-section (5) of section 8 and sub-section (3), (4) and (5) of section 13 and that of the Central Government under section 11 of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 (74 of 1956) in relation to the said Union territory.
