का ०भा० 925 ( अ ) / 18 क आई ० डी ० आर ० ए ० / 83 ---भारत सरकार या उद्योग मत्रालय (श्रौद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) प्रावेण गं ० का ०आ ० 85 ( अ ) / 18 क / आई ०० प्रार००० / 78 , तारीख 10 फरवरी , 1978 , (जिग इसमें गफ पश्चात् उक्त आदेण कहा गया है ) हाग कल्याणी , जिला नाडिया ( पश्चिमी बंगाल) स्थित मैमर्ग नेशनल रबर मैन्युफक्चरर्स लिमिटेड, कलकरता नामक प्रौद्योगिक उपक्रम का प्रबन्ध अध्ण पाच वर्ष की अर्थात्र के लिए, 9 फरवरी , 1983 तक जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलिन है , किया गया था तथा उक्त श्रचोगिक उपश्म का प्रबन्ध ग्रहण करने के लिए प्रबन्ध बोर्ड को प्राधि क्रिया गया थाः

और भारत सरकार के प्रादेश स ० का ० श्रा ० 102 ( भ) / 18 क/ आई ० डी ० आर ० ए ० / ४३ , तारीख 9 फरवरी , 1983 तथा सं ०का ० मा ० 460 ( ई) / 18 क/ आई ० डी ०श्रार ० ए ० / 83 , तारीख 20 जून, 1983 द्वारा उक्त आदेश को 22 दिसम्बर , 1983 तक की और भर्वाध के लिए जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है विस्तारित किया गया था;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय है कि लोकहित में यह समीचीन है कि उक्त औद्योगिक उपक्रम का प्रबन्ध उक्त प्रयन्ध बोर्ड के अधीन और भ्रषधि के लिए, 30 जून 1984 तक, जिसमे यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है बना रहना चाहिए।
अतः केन्द्रीय सरकार , उद्योग ( विकास ओर त्रिनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 - क की उप-धारा ( 2 ) के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए यह निर्देश देती है कि उक्त श्रादेशश 30 जून, 1984 तक , की और अवधि के लिए, जिसमें यह तारीख भी सम्मिलित है प्रभावी बना रहेगा ।

New Delhi , the 22nd December , 1983
S.O. 925 (E ) 18A IDRA 83. Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry ( Department of Industrial Development ) No. S.O. 85 ( E) 18A IDRA 78 dated the 10th February 1978 ( hereinafter referred to as the said Order ) the Management of the industrial undertaking of Messrs National Rubber Manufacturers Limited , located at Kalyani , District Nadia ( West Bengal ) was taken over for a period of five years upto and inclusive of 9th February , 1983 and the Board Management was authorised to take over the management of the said industrial undertaking ; of
And, whereas by the Orders of the Government of India No. S.O. 102 ( E ) 18A IDRA 83 , dated the 9th February , 1983 and No. S.O. 460 ( E ) 18A IDRA 83 , dated the 20th June , 1983 , the said Order was extended for a further period upto and inclusive of the 22nd December , 1983 ;
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said industrial un- 3

dertaking should continue under the management of the said Board of Management for a further period upto and inclusive of 30th June , 1984 ;
Now , therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub- section ( 2 ) of section 18A of the Industries ( De- velopment and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Cen- tral Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 30th June , 1984 .
