conferred under Clause (d) and (I) of Sub-Section (2) of

Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (Act 10

of 1955) read with Notification No. GSR 1844 of G.O.I.

Ministry of Commerce New Delhi dt. 18/6/1966, the Adminis-

trator, Dadia and Nagar Haveli, Is hereby pleased to mate

the following order further to amend the Dadra and Nagar

Haveli Essential Articles Dealers (Regulation) Order, 1983.

By Order of the Administrator,

(1) This order may be called "The Dadra and Nagar

Haveli Essential Articles Dealers (Regulation) (First

Amendment) Order-1!M>3.
