NO. 298J83-CENTRAL EXCISES

G.S.R. 915(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred bj sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amend- ment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 239)82- Central Excises dated the 1st November, 1982, namely :—

In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words "25th day of December, 1983",. the figures, letters and words "30th day of April, 1984" shall be substi- tuted.
