NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, (he 24th December, 1083
G.S.R. 917(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 195J), read with sub-rule (1), and the first proviso to sub- rule (2), of rule 4 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government in consultation with the Government of Himachal Pradesh, hereby makes the following Regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, namely : •-
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Indian Adminis- trative Service (Fixation uf Cadre Strength) Twelth Amendment Regulations, 19N3.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publica-
tion in the Official Ga/ette.
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, for the headinj "Himachal Pradesh" and the entries occurring thereunder, the following shall be substituted, namely :—

Gazette vide SRO No. 3350 dated 22-10-1955. The regulations in respect of Himachal Pradesh Cadre have been amended vide GSR Nos. 457 IS dated 22-8-75. 7H8 E dated 7-9-1976, 940 dated 23-7-1977, 289 E 5-6-1980, 951 dated 20-9-1980, J52R dated 6-6-1981 944 dated 24-10-1981 and 27 dated 9-1-1982.
