G.S.R. 921(E).—Ift exercisk of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby appoints the following person as a Trustee of the first Board of Trustees for the Nhava Sheva Port Trust :-—
1. The Secretary,
Urban Development Department, Government of Maharashtra, Bombay.
and for that purpose amends the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Ports Wing) Notification No. G.S.R. 437(E). dated the ?lst May, 1982, as follows, namely :—
In the said notification, after entry 10, the following entry shall be added, namely :—
"11. The Secretary,
