(CARDAMOM CONTROL)
S.O. 93 HE),-—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- clause (i) of clause (d) of sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Cardamom Act, 1965 (42 of 1965) read with sub-rule (1) of mle 3 and sub-rule (2) of rule 5 of the Cardamom Rules, 1966, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri U.P. Singh, Director, Ministry of Comercc, as a member of the Cardamom Board vice Shri Pawan Chopra, and makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 809(E), dated the 17th November, "1982, namely : -
In the Table under the said notification, for serial number 4 and the entry relating thereto in the first column, the following serial number and entry shall be substituted namely :
"4. Shri U. P. Singh,
Director, Ministry of Commerce, New Delhi."
