G.S.R. 922(E).—In exercise of the powers con- ferred by subsection (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 200-Cus- toms, dated the 28th September, 1979, namely:—

G.S.R. 923(E).—In exercise of the powers con- ferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962): read with sub- section (4) of section 45 of the Finance Act, 1983 (11 of 1983), the Central Government, being satis- fied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 133|83-Customs, dated the 13th May, 1983, namely :—
In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "31st day of December, 1983" the figures, letters and words "31st day of March, 1984" shall be substituted.
