Act, 1951 (65 of 195];, the Central Government hereby speciUcs (he classes' of goods manufaclured or produced in the scheduled inUustiry of transportation as mentioned in column (1) of the Table below on which uduly of excise shall be levied and collcctedus a cess for the purpose of the said Act with ctFeet from lsl January, 19S4 at (he rate specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table :—
