No. PWjPEM-13|83.—In exercise of the powers conferred on them by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) the Central Govern- ment appoints Shri Ashoka Joshi, I.A.S. (TN: 66) as Chairman, Madras Port Trust with effect from the afternoon of 31, Decem- ber, 1983 and until further orders.
