NOTIFICATION
G.S.R. 926(E).—In pursuance of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. S.O. 529(E), dated the 2nd July, 1983, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 29th July, 1983, the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st January, 1984, as the date on which the provisions of the Warehousing Corporations Act, 1962 (58 of 1962), shall come into force in the State of Sikkim.
