New Delhi, the 29th December, 1983
S.O. 933(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sec- tion 410 of the Companies Act, 1956 ( 1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby constitutes an Advisory Committee consisting of the following persons as members, namely :—•
1. Shri Y. H. Malcgam.
2. Shri D. B. Saxena.
3. Shri Shyamal Banerjee.
4. Shri L. M. Thapar.
5. Shri Babubhai Rathi.
2. The members of the Advisory Committee shall hold office for a period of two years with effect from 1st January, 1984.
