NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th December, J983
S.O. 939(E).—In cxer-cisc of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act,*1952 (60 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notifica- tion of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs (Deprtment of Personnel and Administrative Reforms) No. 3 7 5 | i l| 8J-AVD. (IV) S.O. 488(E) dated the 18th June, 1981 (relating to the Commission of Inquiry consisting of Shri S. K. Ray) namely :—
Tn paragraph 4 of the said notification, for the words, "within a period of six months", the words, figures and letters "on or before the 31st December, 1984", shall be substi- tuted.
