G.S.R. 937(E).—Li exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodi- ties Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Gov- ernment hereby makes the following Order fur- ther to amend the Wheat Roller Flour Mills (Licens- ing and Control) Order, 1957, namely :—
1. (1) This Order may be called the Wheat Roller Flour Mills (Licensing and Control) amend- ment Order, 1983.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2. In the Wheat Roller Flour Mills (Licensing and Control) Order, 1957, in clause 11(1), after the words "report from the specified authority" the words "or on its own motion and" shall be inserted.
