2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PAftT U—fcc.3(ii)]flf Industry (Department of Industrial Develop- ment) No. S.O. 51l(E), dated the 4th September, 1979 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), read with the Orders of the Government of India in the Ivlinistry of Industry (Department of Indust- rial Development No. S.O. 678(E), dated the 3rd September, 1981, S.O. 645(E), dated the 3rd Sep- tember, 1982 and S.O. No. 630(E), dated the 3rd September, 1983, the management of the whole of the industrial undertaking known as the Indian Health Institute and Laboratory Limited Calcutta had been taken over by the Authorised Person referred to in the said Order, for a period upto and inclusive of the 31st December, 1983 ;
And, whereas, the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said Order should continue to have effect for a further period upto and Inclusive of the 30th June, 1984;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers con- ferred by the proviso to sub-section (2) of section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regula- tion) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Gov- ernment hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 30th June, 1984 and that the said Order shall be amended as follows :—
In the said Order, for the words "four years three months and twenty seven days", wherever they occur, the words "four years nine months and twenty seven days", shall be substituted.
