S.O.2(E>—Whereas by a notification of the Government ot' India in the Ministry of Petroleum, Chemicals and Fertilizers (Department of Petroleum) S.O. No. 276(E) dated 20-4-1982 under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Mineral Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 ofl962) the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the right of user in the lands specified in the schedule appended to that notification for ths purpose of hying pipeline with effect from the 22nd January, 1983;

And whereas the Competent Authority has under sub-sec- tion (1) of section 6 of the said Act. submitted report to the Government;

Now therefore, in exercise of the power conferred by sub-
