मिमिन सं ० आई ० पी० सो०/ 3 /1/ 83 :-वाणिज्य मंत्रालय की यथा संशोधित सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० 10-आईटी सी (पीएन ) / 83 , दिनांक 15 अप्रैल, 1983 के अंतर्गत प्रकालिन अप्रैल 1993 मार्च, 1984 के लिए आयात-निर्यात नीति (वा० 1 ) की ओर ध्यान दिलाया जाता है ।

3. निर्यात सदमों और व्यापार मदनों द्वारा र हुए आर ई पी लाइसेंस/अतिरिक्त सांडसेंम टिटेनियम, मिश्रधातु आदि जो र्गिशष्ट 3 में स्थानान्र्न्तरत हो गई हैं , माइनो तमे और उपर्युक्न मंग-2 से श्रम म० (4), ( 5), ( 6 ) और ( 7 ) पर उल्लिखित इथो-हेप्टाजाइन साइट्रेट, भारफोलिनों प्रोपियोनिट्रोल और हेलोजन लैम्प्स और इन्फारेड लैम्प्स, इन मदो की संशोधित नीति के अनुसार , आयाम एव निर्यात नीति , 1983-8-1 के भगत प्रावधानों के अंतर्गत अनुमेय सीमा को छोड कर आयान के लिए वैध नही होंगे । लेकिन, यह प्रनिषध लाग नीमि के अनुमान हम सार्वजनिक सूचना की तिथि से पहले खोले गए और स्थापित किए गये अपरिवर्तनीय साखपत्तों के अंतर्गत आने वाले उन आयातों के लिए लागू नहीं होगा, जिसके महे इस मार्थजनिक सूत्रनः की तारीख से 90 दिनों की अवधि के भीतर माल का पोतलदान कर दिया जाता है । पहले ही बाले गए स्था पित किए गए अपरिवर्तनीय साम्रपत्रों के मुद्दे यह सुविधा इस सार्वजनिक सूचना की तिथि में पहले लाग खुले सामान्य साइमेस के अनर्गत गाइनो-यसे और हथे। हेप्टाजाउन साश्ट्रेट, भारफीलीना प्रोपियोनिद्दीन और हलोजन लैम्प्स और इन्फ्रारेड लैम्प्म के आयात के लिए पात्र आयानकों के लिए भी उपलब्ध रहेगी ।

Subjeet : Import & Export Policy for April 1983 - March , 1984.
File No. IPC/3 / 1 / 83 .--Attention is invited to the limport & Export Policy for April 1983 - March 1984 ( Vol . 1 ) , published under the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 10-1TC (PN) /83 dated the 15th April , 1983. as amended .
2. The following amendments shall be deemed to have been made in the policy at appropritae places indicated below : -

3. REP licences Additional licences heldby Export Houses and Trading Houses shall cease to be valid for import of items of titanium, alloys , etc. which have been shifted to Appendix 3 Cyano - base and Etho Heptazine citrate , Morpholino propioni- trile and Halogen lamps and infra - red lamps , referred to at Sr. Nos . (4 ) , ( 5 ) , ( 6 ) and (7 ) in para 2 above except to the extent permissible under the relevant provisions of Import & Export Policy, 1983-84 as per the amended policy of these items . This restriction will not , however , apply to imports covered by are- vocable letters of credit opened and established before the date . of this Public Notice as per the policy in force , against which shipment of goods is made within a period of 90 days from the date of this Public Notice . This facility of import against mrevocable letters of credit already opened and established will also be available to cligible importers for import of Cyano-base and Etho Heptazine citrate , Morpholin Propionitrile and Halo- gen lamps and infra- red lamps , undero Open General Licence as in force before the date of this Public Notice .
