ORDER

New Delhi, the 13th January, 1984

G.S.R. 34(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of the Indian Ports Act, 1908 (15 of 1905), the Central Government, after consulting the respective authorities appointed under section 36 of the said Act for the major ports in India, hereby grants the cruises being organised in collaboration bet- ween the Travel Dynamics Inc. and the Trade Wings Ltd., a concession of 50% of the port dues, pilotage and other fees leviable sections 33 and 35 of that Act at the Major Ports in India from the date of publication of this order in the Official Gazette till the 31st March, 1984.
