(CARDAMOM CONTROL)

S.O. 21 (E).—In pursuance of the notification of the Govern- ment oi India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. S.O. 529(E) dated the 2nd July, 1983, the Central Government hereby ap- points the 16th day of January, 1984 as the date on which the Cardamom Act, 1965 (42 of 1965) shall come into force in the State of Sikkim.
