1971 का.नि आ . 3 (ई) - केन्द्रीय सरकार , सरकारी स्थान (अप्राकृत अधिभोगियो की वदखली) अधिनियम , (1971 का 40) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करत हुए भारत के राजपत्र , तारीख 5 अगस्त , 1978 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के रक्षा मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना म का नि आ 235 में निम्नलिखित सशोधन करती , अर्थात्
उक्त अधिसूचना की मारणी के स्तम्भ 1 में "सभी मर्किल सैनिक सम्पदा अधिकारी " शब्दो के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित शब्द रख जाएगे , अर्थात्
"सभी सर्किल रक्षा सम्मद , अधिकारी " ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 24th January , 1984
SR.O. 3 ( E) -In exercise of the powers con- ferred by section 3 of the Public Premises ( Evic- tion of Unauthorised Occupants ) Act . 1971 ( 40) of 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India , in the Ministry of Defence No. S.R.O. 235 dated the 21st July , 1978 pub- lished in the Gazette of India dated the 5th August 1978 , namely :-
In the said notification , in the table , in column 1 for the words "All Circle Military States Offi- cers " the following words shall be substituted, namely :-
"All Circle Defence States Officers . "
