G.S.R. 44(E) :— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-cluase (ii) of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963(38 of l963),theCentralGovern- ment hereby makes the following amendements in the notifica- tion of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 19 (E), dated the 11th January, 1984, namely. :—

(a) after Serial Number 9 and the entries relating thereto, the followingSerial Number and entries shall be inserted, namely:
