ORDER

New Delhi, the 25th January, 1984

S.O. 39(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Industries (Development & Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), read with rules 2, 4 and 5 of the Development Councils (Procedural) Rules 1952, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Develop- ment) No. S.O. 277(E), dated the 4th April, 1983, namely :—

2. In the said Order, after serial No. 20 and the entry relating

thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely :—

"21. Sim A. K. Dhingra, Chairman-cum Managing

Director, Instrumentation Limited, Kota."
